A four-digit TRX on E85, a naturally aspirated Charger that keeps finding power, and our most popular Hellcat package on pump gas.
Some weeks the dyno is just busy. This one had a little of everything we love: a TRX that showed up already built and left with four digits, an all-motor 392 Charger that keeps proving you can do more with less, and a pump-gas Challenger Hellcat running our most popular package. Three trips onto the rollers, three very different kinds of power, all #hptuned in house by Jeremy with HP Tuners.
TRX: when the stock blower is tapped out
This truck didn't come to us stock. It rolled in heavily modified, with the equivalent of our Hellcat-powered Level 3 combo, a cam already in it, and the factory supercharger doing everything it could. The owner wanted the next level, so that's where we took it.
The heart of the upgrade is a Kong 2650 blower with a 2.75" upper. To feed it, we made a custom 3D-printed intake for a 130mm throttle body. The rest of the combo is a Dusterhoff Racing cam, an ATI 10% overdrive crank pulley, Injector Dynamics ID1300x injectors, and a JMS Boost-A-Pump. Everything was built and tuned in house.

- 1,023Wheel horsepower
- 948lb-ft wheel torque
- E85Fuel
Here's the honest part. The TRX made that number while tapping out the fuel system on E85. The Kong brought more air than the fuel system can keep up with, so the fuel upgrade is next. In other words, there's more in it.
The Kong brought more steam than the fuel system can hold. That upgrade is coming next!

The all-motor 392 Charger that keeps getting faster
If you follow us, you know this green 2021 Charger 392. It's naturally aspirated, with no boost and no nitrous, and it runs a stock 392 intake manifold and a stock throttle body. Owner @allmotahrex brought it in for some TLC and a health check before heading to a local track.
Last time out, it ran a 10.50 in roughly +3,000 ft density altitude and heat over 85 degrees, close to the conditions from its previous dyno session. With the weather cooling off, we put it back on the rollers to see how it liked the cooler air.
What changed: just the weather
The combo is the same as before. It runs a SaT.Tun / TSP Lucifer cam, Don Grimes ported 5.7 Eagle heads, our own 3D-printed inlet intake tube, an ATI 15% underdrive pulley, and Stainless Works 1 7/8" long tubes with an H-pipe. It rolls on Aerospace Components 15" conversions at all four corners and uses a Suncoast torque converter. Estimated compression is right around 12.7:1, and it all runs on E85.
- 564Wheel horsepower
- 551lb-ft wheel torque
- +19whp from cooler air
The last dyno session showed 547whp and 446 lb-ft. With temps around 75 to 80 degrees, it made 564whp and 551 lb-ft. Same parts, same tune approach, just denser air. Now we wait for temps in the 50s, and that's when things get exciting.
Continued proof you can do much more, with less.

Want a similar recipe for your HEMI? Our SaT.TuN Level 4 Hemi Performance Package pairs a custom-spec cam and valvetrain with long-tube headers, in-house install, and full PCM and TCM tuning on our dyno. The SaT.Tun / TSP camshaft package is also available on its own.
Challenger Hellcat: the package people keep asking for
Not every build has to be a science project. This 2016 Challenger Hellcat got our Hellcat-powered Level 1 Performance Package, which is still one of our most popular packages, and for good reason. It's reliable, safe power.
What's in Level 1
The car got a SaT.Tun 2.86" supercharger pulley, Injector Dynamics ID1050X injectors, a Mishimoto 180-degree thermostat, and a Billet Evolution catch can. It also got in-house PCM unlocking and complete PCM and TCM tuning.
- 766Wheel horsepower
- 715lb-ft wheel torque
- PumpGas
That's on pump gas. The store listing puts typical Level 1 gains at 120 to 160whp on 93 octane, with E85 adding another 40 to 60whp or so. Results always depend on the vehicle, its condition, and prior mods.
Three builds, one approach
A four-digit TRX, a 12.7:1 all-motor Charger, and a bolt-on Hellcat don't have much in common on paper. What they share is how they're done: parts picked for the goal, installed in house, and tuned on our dyno for power that holds up on the street. Our move to a bigger shop is still in progress and wraps up in November, and tuning keeps going the whole time. If you're out of driving range, our Hellcat-powered remote tuning kit and HEMI remote tuning kit bring the same tuner to you.
